FUSION PERFORMANCE

The Athlete Project at TBT proudly runs our revolutionary FusionΒ© performance program. By understanding the necessities required of being an athlete at the highest level, we strive to integrate knowledge from all branches of sports performance into one cohesive program. That primarily includes strength, medical, skills, and speed. What this means is that an athlete’s biomechanics, health, stability, strength, skillset, gait, and time of year lead to dictating the specificity of the training phase taken into effect when creating their individualized group training regimen.

Each athlete is different therefore will have different corrective exercises assigned to them. All athletes will be given a personalized tracking system and plan which will allow them to be prepared for their day when they train.
